Has your opinion of any of the housemates changed at all since they left the house?

I think that Narinder has got worse. I didn't mind her too much in the house, but since coming out, she seems to be very full of herself and craving attention all the time. I think that Bubble and Amma seem better out of the house than they did in. Perhaps the environment in the house didn't suit them very much and of course, Bubble was missing his little girl a lot.

BTW, I would just like to thank Stuart Hosking for the email he sent me, which went as follows:-

Hi Christine

Nice Site and keep up the good work

Happy Christmas

Stuart

Happy Christmas to you as well Stuart and hope you have a happy and prosperous New Year.

My favourites in the house were Paul, Helen and Brian. I really didn't like Amma at the time, but she seems OK now.

I also found Bubble really annoying and didn't find him funny. He moaned too much, but now he's out of the house he seems OK. He missed his daughter and fags too much.

I thought Naz was funny most of the time in the house, and I don't think she's as bad now as some people think. She does need to learn to say a few more nice things though.

They weren't my faves, but I quite liked Dean and Penny, so would like to hear more about them and what they are doing now.

I feel particularly smug that I judged correctly over the whole Paul and Helen relationship. Lots of people thought they were just doing it for votes, or were using each other. Gradually those people have got quieter and quieter as they looked more and more stupid. To quote Davina "ha ha, they were wrong".

Yes. I thought Helen and Paul were both genuine and not just doing it for votes, unlike some people. You could feel the chemistry between them and see how they looked at each other. That's not something you could fake. Even actors and actresses in soaps would have a hard job to fake that.

My favorite's in house were Brian, Bubble, Helen, Dean, Paul, in that order
Have to agree Bubble was a moan and slept a lot but he and Brian were very funny together .Naz she did not bother me either way while she was in house just thought she was putting on an act for the public but took an instant dislike to her when she left the house she was rude and never had a nice thing to say about anyone except Brian .Helen was just Helen sweet .Dean I liked he seemed to bring a calming atmosphere to the house . Paul was a nice guy just needed to keep his tall stories in check but was there as a rock for everyone to lean on when they had problems .Brian well what can I say funny guy had me in fits of laughter most of the time only time I never liked him was when he had a go at josh and would not drop it but hey we are not all perfect and we can allow for mistakes
oww I have gone on far to long sorry

I have just copied this from the news section about Penny:-

She is currently in Liverpool rehearsing her role as Fairy Starlight in Jack and the Beanstalk. She has also secured herself a regular Saturday show on London’s Liberty radio.

The breathless enthusiasm for which she became notorious last summer is undimmed as she declares that she has “never been happier” in her life. But everything she has achieved, she says, she has had to fight for.

“Nothing has been handed to me on a plate as a result of Big Brother,” she says. “I’ve never been offered a premiere ticket and I’ve had to audition for all the work I’ve got. I’m having a ball, but the thing about Big Brother is that you risk everything if you haven’t got family or a husband to support you. You basically start again.” Ellis says she may have to sell her flat but has “made some fantastic friends and I don’t regret anything”.

She has not been asked to appear in Endemol’s documentary, which has clearly irked her. “(The programme) should have been all or nothing, all of us or none of us. They picked Helen (Adams) to appear as opposed to me. Well it’s supposed to be an intelligent documentary. Who’s got the degree, me or Helen?” I ask what kind of work she would like to do next. She thinks for a moment then replies: “I would really love to do an advert. For Nescafé or something.”

Dean:-

O’Loughlin refused offers for his band, Phony, to make money through instant cover versions which he believes were not right for the band’s direction and has stayed away from the parties and premieres to which many of his housemates have flocked. “We are serious about this long term and we didn’t want to jump on the bandwagon,” says O’Loughlin, who is also being paid to develop TV programme formats. “We start a tour in January and we are looking for a good recording contract.”

Thanks for that Christine. It's interesting what Penny said about how she should have been interviewed instead of Helen. Apart from being a bit of a daft thing to say, I can't believe Penny would say anything that snidy. If she did then she's gone down in my estimation.

I do think it's a bit wierd that they didn't interview everyone, but at least it seems Penny is getting to do some of the things she always wanted to do, which I'm sure is more important.

It may be that the press have twisted her words a bit to make it sound worse, but I do seem to remember that Penny did run Helen down in the house for not being very clever and she told Narinder that she couldn't understand what Paul saw in her. She also nominated Helen, I think.
