I`ve tried on and off to lose weight in years all without success and year on year just piled on the pounds.So I decided enough was enough and I aint getting any younger (42) so I joined weight watchers on 6th January this year (12 weeks ago).Now I`m 35 and a half pounds lighter and I feel so much better both physically and mentally,I still wanna lose another 2 and a half stone and I know it`s not going to be as quick but I am so pleased I started this and just regret not doing this years ago.

Has anyone continued to watch it? I've seen a bit while I've been on study leave and Nicky and Shelley really annoy me. when you get an opportunity like that you should grab it and they just moan and stuff all the time time. and Shelley thinks she really is doing enough work when she blatantly isn't!

Yeah when you see the old pics you can see they definitely have. there's a huge difference in Adil, Louiza, Nicole, David and Matt definitely I think. the others have lost a good bit too. Well shelley hasn't really, and considering Nicki had the most to lose she hasn't lost that much.

all the people graduated from the fit farm. gail of course dropped out, that was when I couldn't see it though so there was 9 of them Shelley and Nicki passed, Matt passed with first class honours he also got a trophy and a grand and the rest passed with honours.

Was it the 'final' today then? Shame wouldnt have minded watching that...but like most others, once it moved to the 9am slot i stopped watching

I watched it until it changed to 9am but then I had to stop but I've watched it in study leave. the change in some of them when you see the old cardboard cut outs is UNREAL!
