Hi Larry - sorry for the late reply to your question, but I've been away doing some filming for the next series - just back today.

I like to think I've always been a BIG fan of BB - I still think it's the original and best - no other "reality" show comes close. I'm not a big TV watcher, but from Day 1 of the first series I've been completely "hooked"!

I wouldn't say I'm in YOUR league however - it seems you're a GLOBAL BB-er!

Look forward to speaking to you more.

Cheers
Cameron

Thanks for the reply.
Have to say I got hooked during series 2 then with satellite and internet it just grew as I found more series. Have watched programs from 18 countries so far but haven't actually followed many other than then UK ones. I must still have over 1300 hours of UK BB4 but never really get the time to watch any as I'm either out doing some thing else or have another BB on the tv.

I guess it must have been quite a shock to be whisked of to Africa. It was quite interesting watching the other housemates while they thought you were still in the reward room.

From a fans point of view being there for the final was an interesting experience but I couldn't even start to imagine what it must have been like for yourself.

*Sorry for straying slightly*

Question for Larry (or anyone else with relevant knowledge).....I would be interested in going to this years final.

1)Do you have to book?

2)If so, how far in advance would you advise doing so?

3) Is there a min/ max party size for booking?

Thanks in advance. ()^

Last year I used the powerhouse tv website and requested tickets.
They then phoned me back within 24 hours to confirm that I wanted the tickets and how many I wanted. This was within 7 days of the final.
Last time I looked the website was down. Also when I tried to find the links on the C4 site I couldn't and had to look on the ITV website.

If you find ShyKaren on the C4 forum she has a phone number for them to order your free tickets. You could try a search on that forum as a few people have started asking the questions regarding them.

You can optionally fill in your details at the bottom the the ticket but you hand them in before the walk up the hill enroute to the gates to the grounds. They do say on the tickets to provide ID (If I remember correctly) but nobody was asking for or checking who you were and most tickets hadn't been filled in.

Just dug out my unused spare ticket from my collection.
Website is http://www.powerhousetv.co.uk or tel 020 7240 2828 Fax 020 7240 2282 or Email audience@powerhousetv.co.uk.
It also says doors open at 1800 and close at 1900 but it was 2000 before anybody with free tictets were let in. Priorty ticket holders go in first but I think these are the ones who pay membership.

But there are others that are listed to supply tickets.

On final night I arrived around 2PM and parked in the council run car Park which I think is used for a leisure club. And even at that time the queue was stretching back on the way out of the Tesco car park. And the weather was that nice with quite a few rain showers.
If you take umbrellas you will have to get rid of them before you are allowed on site or even before you are searched before you queue on the last part before going in. No glass bottles ,cameras and a whole host of other things are not allowed in .Mobile phones are on the list but most people had them.
They did give out plastic bottles of water and packets of crisps once inside.

Great atmosphere ,I would recommend it to you all.

To add further ,the Powerhouse tv website is down ,so I don't know if they still exist.

Cameron what was it like looking out from the top of the steps at us lot below ? I'd Imagine that after 9 weeks will almost no contact with others that to be faced with a crowd of 1500 people is quite unnerving.
You don't have to answer this but what did davina say to you at the top of the steps ?

Hi again Larry.

It was one of the weirdest things I've ever experienced - I suppose that goes without saying...

To be honest, I don't have much memory of what happened after the doors opened at the top of the stairs. I remember looking up at a big screen and i remember the "I feel crazy" quote being played. The next thing I remember is Gos and me doing a dance on the eye shaped platform and stopping becasuse it started to feel like it was going to give way! After that, Davina led me off the platform and I saw someone holding our local paper - I ran and grabbed it and realised it was my pal Barry - I didn't even realise that there was a group of 10 of my friends there, and only realised it was Barry when I had a hold of the paper. That was a cool moment. It was ages later before I realised I had run into a metal barrier and both my legs were bleeding - I still have the scars!

Thanks for the reply.

Was a crazy night. If I wasn't holding a banner I would almost certainly have caught one of the rosettes that Ray threw into the crowd. As it was I had to jump back as a girl in front of me made a grab for the one thrown in my direction.
I'd love to take part in the show but I wasn't prepared for this years audition process. I auditioned last year but made a mess of the bit where you tell the rest about yourself.
I've been trying to remember since the start of BB4 if Steph as at my audition but I was in auto-pilot and can't remember the faces of the three girls that were called back for the afternoon.
Lets hope they use the old methods again next year and I'll apply again.

I can confirm that .
After a motorbike crash it took over an hour before the adrenaline wore off and the pain started ! Almost no pain even when being sown back together in Hospital.

A few on both legs but the best one on my ankle (broken brake lever + weight of bike impacted ankle on hitting kerb after sliding across junction after hitting Taxi that turn across my path) can't be seen.
No more details as some will be eating at this time of day.

Seemed to attract accidents for a while. Had two motorbike crashes with Hospital treatment , and one with bruised ribs. Plus a 50 MPH car crash involving a 180 spin ,a back flip over 8ft hedge ,airbourne for around 20ft before barrel rolling to a stop on the roof. Then crawling out and walking about a mile to get help to right the car with just a few minor cuts.

Must find something wooden other than my head to prevent the sequence continuing. :D

Yeah I saw that too. Don't worry, I sorted Hippo out. Cameron should know better though. I think he gets enough grief so won't sort him out unless it happens again. ;) Maybe the best way would be to put them into my passenger seat. I've scared a few before now. The best was the Audi S4. (Not my own, sadly.) ::lol:: ::lol:: ::lol::
