Gym instructor condemns celebrity slimmers.

Fit Club gym instructor Harvey Walden has branded his celebrity slimmers as "whingeing whiners who want everything given to them on a plate".

I would love to have a workout with Freddy Star, me wearing boxing gloves, him sitting on a chair with his hands tied behind his back.

I could last an hour on that workout...no problem.

Daily Mirror columnist James Whitaker has won Celebrity Fit Club after losing nearly three stone.

Before the ITV show started James weighed 17st 7lbs and was classed as morbidly obese.

Doctors also told the 63-year-old he had a list of weight related illnesses including heart trouble, gout, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, a hiatus hernia and was on the verge of diabetes. They said if he didn't take action he might never reach 70.
