EUROVISION singer James Fox claims Fame Academy 2 was fixed from the start to allow Alex Parks to win.

James, who made it to the last five on the show, claims the BBC show was in league with the Polydor label to find a left field winner.

He insists they quickly identified lesbian Alex as their favoured finalist and tweaked the show to give her the best chance of walking off with the first prize.

Noooooooooooooo??? Really? Who'd have thought?

 I actually stopped watching the last series of FA because it was so obviously fixed! I was totally addicted to FA1 so it's nothing to do with the format. Alex was picked out very early on as the winner, it was so obvious and I, and many others, stopped watching. Nothing against Alex but I wouldn't be happy if I were her, winning in that way.

Yes I agree with you Lyns. It definitely did seem to be fixed in favour of Alex. I didn't even think that she was particularly good. I wanted Caroline to win.

I hardly watched it but my other half did. I saw the final on and off and I came to the conclusion it was fixed just from that one show because all I remember was: ohhhh Alex this Alex that..let's have a look what Alex is doing now in her dressing room....I wonder how Alex is feeling now....Alex Alex Alex.

I wasn't even sure who the other finalist was to look at because it was Alex galore.
My boyfriend said it had been like that all the way through.

And all she was, was an another Avril Lasagne type with a crap hairstyle.

I agree with what you said Scotslass.

I prefered the way they did FA1 though apart from the fact FA2 was fixed and the contestants were better IMO. I liked the way they had to stage at shepperton so they could really perform and the duets and how 3 people were on probation each week. also the shows on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. They should make it like that again!

I liked Alex and thought she had talent, which is why she was picked out early on. At the end of the day it's not the judges who vote it's the viewers, just like BB. Even Jon Tickle saying those things about Cameron didn't stop him winning it so it's the same thing really.
