I seem to be receiving mixed messages here-monsters from the Id?-but on the basis we are to continue for a day or so-eyes down so suppose.

1.a)
how DOES Jon feel?

I do not know how he currently feels but after coming out of the house he said he felt he was talking to someone evasive and uninformative. I think he went back inside and then got bored with it. Obviously I think you are friendly colleagues now as it should be really?

2Why did you not accept the invitation to go onto Rise after the quarantine period?

Several people including housemates advised me that if I got the choice between GMTV and RISE to go on GMTV.

2a)Which HM’s advised you not to go on Rise-it seems a bit odd.?
It's not a question of money. I wouldn't say whether it was more or less anyway.
It is more to appear on GMTV-everyone knows that-Rise could barely afford a bendy bully and the train fare home.
But you could have gone on after as soon as you were allowed. ?

.2b)It's bad that it was branded "Kate's show" after it was axed - she wasn't solely to blame.

Ouch!

No she was very instrumental in very nearly almost saving it. She doubled the audience but the money crisis at Channel 4 did for it-other shows were cancelled too. There is talk of bringing it back this autumn and they should look at the tapes of how good it was in the last 3 months as a template as to what is possible .Bring back the “Kate and Iain show.”

3 Yes I've seen Rise but not all the way through - I must have missed Zora's, but did enjoy watching Iain Lee on it.

I used to tape it and watch it in the evening. Zora Suleiman-the newsreader-well horny.

4. Do you know which single London tube stop contains no letters contained within the word ”mackerel”?

5b)Who is Edward Woodward and why is he so funny?

6.What are the 39 Steps?

8. Do you mean England or Britain? I know it's not a Questions for ViltUK thread, by the way.

The oil is English apparently-(not many people know that-it is to do with the angle of the border near Berwick coast)

10b. How have I suffered for it?
People say they favoured you-and it is difficult to argue against that given the circumstances-as I said earlier only you and Stephanie moved in the mornings.

11Any nominations surprised you? Involving yourself or not.
. Not really I don't think. One reason that Ray and I are such good friends is that we nominated each other more than once in the house but hold no grudges - we realise that it's part of the experience.
It is a shame others from previous years are not so wise.

12Would you like to do a walking round the world charitable event. I would sponsor £100.
That's very generous - I'll let you know.
Can you arrange to take Alex Sibley with you as a companion.(you can drop him off in Ulan Bator if you get sick to death of him) ??

14.Did you agree with Gene Robinson’s speech back in November time.?
What was it about?

You seriously do not know?

17Would you like a date with Jade Goody-I believe she is currently “single”
Thanks very much. I would go out for a fun night out with Jade, but not on a "date".

Ok here is how. You phone Federico. Federico phones Kate. Kate phones Jade.
Sorted.
Get dialing. Sawbridgeworth is a good place to take her.

18 Is it best to approach Jade Goody with a phaser or a disrupter?

.

20 Who is your favourite BB HM that you have not actually met?
I would also love to meet Anna.
3rd favourite?

21 Do they play with the offside rule in these 6 a-sides.
Yes they play the offside rule.
Are you really sure about that??

24 Stephanie is waiting for a call.
Do you mean Stephanie from BB4?
No Stephanie from planet Zog
Is she lonely?

25 Should the previous winner be allowed to crown the new winner?(As in the old Miss World event)
Yes.
May I choose a weapon of choice?

26 Was Hitler a great leader ?(yes or no)

27 Did you decide not to drink alcohol in the BB4 house?
Why?
Clearly I didn't decide not to drink alcohol in the BB house - if I had decided not to, I would have stuck by that decision. Let me make it clear - I didn't say that "drinking" wasn't big or clever, I said that "boasting about drinking" isn't.

Perhaps I was mistaken-I was under the impression you did not drink alcohol in the house?

28 How many brothers did Jesus have?(it is a serious question)

29 Did you see much of BB3? Who was your favourite HM. Did it inspire you to apply to BB4?
Yes I watched BB3 - I've been a huge fan of the concept since it started, so it wasn't uniquely BB3 that inspired me to apply. I think Jonny was my favourite BB3 hm.
And after Jonny?

31 Do you know what they call people who answer questions with questions.?
Do you?
No- do you?

32 Do I seem a nice person?
You certainly seem interested in BB, which is great. As for "nice" - that's a pretty flaky word, but you seem fine, yes.

Flaky? Dim maybe.

33.Is Old Git an Old Fogey?

34 Do you have strong views on voluntary euthanasia?

35 Is Alex Sibley best described as a “moron” or a “knobend”?

36 Is it true NO swimming pool this year-I cannot envisage it can you?

Hi again Vilt. Thanks, by the way.

1a) Clearly I wouldn't LIKE to think of myself as evasive and uninformative, but I accept that at times I may have appeared that way. It is a widely recognised trait among Scotsmen to communicate with few words. I don't imagine Jon has come across many people with a similar background to mine, but I'm delighted to say that (from my point of view, and I hope from Jon's too) we get on better each time we meet up.

2) Wasn't intended as a dig.

3) Remains a mystery to me I'm afraid!

5b) Edward Woodward is an actor. He himself isn't particularly funny, but the joke about him (in Scott's accent) was extremely funny. Might be one of those "you had to be there" moments...

6) If you're referring to a local landmark in Orkney, I have to congratulate you! "Not a lot of people know that"

8) News to me, but I'll take your word for it.

10b) On the "Africa morning" some of the girls were up, Gos was in the bathroom and as far as I know the rest of us were still in bed. It had been an unusual morning, and Steph and I weren't on that occasion the only people up and about. I still wouldn't say I'd suffered for having the extra BB experience, but I can see your point of view.

11) "It's a shame others..." I couldn't agree more.

12) I would do a round-the-World-walk, but Alex isn't somebody I'd choose to take with me. I know it's mainly his portrayal that would have us believe he whinges non-stop, but often what he's reported to have said would reinforce that. As I said, I like people being clear in their statements, but listening to moan-overload is not how I like to spend my time.

14) I know who Gene Robinson is and what all the fuss was about of course, but I'm afraid it's not in the forefront of my memory.

17) Hahaha - thanks for the tip!

18) Neither - I think Jade's entertaining.

20) I take it you're kidding. Wouldn't like to  bore you.

21) Pretty sure, yes.

24) As far as I'm aware, Steph from BB4 isn't lonely.

25) Haha.

26) I can't give a yes/no answer to that question I'm afraid.

27) No, I definitely drank alcohol in the house. As I said, I do in real life, so why wouldn't I do it in there.

28) Two.

29) See 20) above

31) Politicians are pretty good at it.

33) No.

34) I'm not for it.

35) Those aren't two words I'd use for him, but as Big Brother would say... "YOU decide".

36) I'm going to wait til we see it for real tomorrow night.

37) He still leaves me presents. Last year TWICE!

I am too nice that is my trouble.(I am not walking over and hurting anyone to help myself)

Well it has been good but I will try and not post for a while when BB5 is on-so apart from maybe the odd one tomorrow-it is bye for now anyway.

(Did a thread disappear today?? I do not like being edited like that.)

35 Moron
28 James ,Luke and I thought one more?-not a trick or trying to catch you out-just thought it was interesting fact-not many people know that.Forgot why I even asked it now.
26 Have another go.(This one is a trick question but you HAVE to answer-and there is no answer without being duffed up for it)
12 You'd like Kate then-(but possibly not me then)

I don't know if a thread disappeared - I'm sure it will appear elsewhere if so.

I loved the Hitler question for that very reason! Well done.

Yes Kate would be great company on a trip like that. You would be interesting company too, for your questions at least - I love questions.

Tickled by your choice of word for Alex.

I think Jesus had a sister too.

We'll miss you here ViltUK - have a good time during BB5.

Just a note on threads which may appear to 'vanish' (as it's mentioned in this one)
Sometimes threads are moved to more appropriate areas, if someone starts a thread about a BB3 HM in the BB5 area, where such a thread is off-topic in the area it's been started, then it could be moved to the correct part of the forum.
On occasion, a thread may be deleted by the moderators where offensive comments have been made or legal issues arise. This is much the same as C4/E4 cutting the sound and/or picture.
However, the moderators are also able to move a thread to a private area, where it can be looked at by the other moderators for comment. It could re-appear, or remain off-line.
The moderators here try their best, but are unpaid volunteers who cannot be expected to please everyone.
If anyone does have an issue over things like this, please don't accuse the moderators of deleting things when they may simply have been moved. For the sake of saying it again, you can see who the moderators on-line are by looking at the main index page, or the forum index, and finding the list of people who are active - Moderators are shown in bold type.
