It was last orders for a tearful Abi Titmuss as she became the fifth celebrity voted off ITV1's Hell's Kitchen.
The 28-year-old former girlfriend of John Leslie wiped tears from her eyes as it was announced that she was getting the chop.
She said: "I'm going but I don't want to go. I've been saying it's me all day so I'm not surprised." Earlier she had begged viewers not to vote her out.
Abi was described as "very astute and calculating" by Gordon Ramsay before she was voted off the show.
Gordon, who regularly bawled her out for giggling in the kitchen, added: "She hadn't given her all."
After her exit Abi said: "I like Gordon a lot but he is more jovial in the mornings. The show was physically exhausting and I was put on anti-biotics today. It's great looking back."
Hell's Kitchen maverick Edwina Currie looked totally gobsmacked when Abi was given her marching orders.
Earlier she pleaded with viewers: "I hope it's me, watch my face if it's someone else. I will be very down — I want to go home."
Edwina had had several run-ins with chef Gordon who has called her "diseased", "like a granny that won't die" and "she is a constant pain in the backside".
Ex-Brookside star Jennifer Ellison has emerged as the favourite to win after Gordon sang her praises.
He said: "She is the best cook in the house, she is a complete surprise, nothing is ever under-cooked or over-cooked by her."
Following Abi's exit there are now five chefs left in the show — Ellison, Currie, Al Murray, Matt Goss and James Dreyfus. The winner will be named on Sunday.
