PJ is the odds-on favourite to be evicted ahead of Kate on Friday.
Jonny is favourite after surviving three eviction votes - more than any other housemate.
Alex, the previous favourite to win the £70,000 first prize, has drifted to 7/4.
Kate is now 5/2 with PJ at 12/1.
The outsiders are Jade at 33/1 and Tim at 40/1.
Ladbrokes spokesman Sean Boyce said: "The punters have won almost every round of Big Brother eviction betting.
"We've paid out thousands on evictions, but the overall winner market is now shaping into a competitive two-horse race between Alex and Jonny."
PJ is 2/9 to evicted on Friday, with Kate 3/1.
