Hansel and Gretel on video! I've been looking for this film for ages because i saw it in my younger years and i'd like to relive the experience, i loved the film ()^ So my question is does anyone here have a copy of it or know somebody that has? I would be willing to pay a fair amount for it :D

Just so you know, i'm looking for the UK Warner version which stars Cloris Leachman, Nicola Stapelton etc and was released 1987.

It's this one!

Its only region 1 so you will need a multi region dvd player

It certainly looks like a rarity. Best I can do is keep an ear to the ground. If I find a cheap copy I'll snap it up for you and post it on.

Thanks for looking, but that's not the one i'm searching for. I had a look on Amazon, they have quite a few but not the one i want. :-? It's deleted in the UK now so i doubt i will find one online :-(

Unfortunately the version I have is in German, with lots of grunting and dire music and bears little resemblance to the story I know... ;)

If this is the one you mean, it has been deleted, but you could try their video hunt service here. I've not used them, so I don't know what they are like I'm afraid.
