Jonny says Tim is being perceived as boring outside the Big Brother house.
Tim has been wondering why the public don't like him since he heard someone booing him during PJ's eviction night.
But Jonny told Tim he heard derogatory shouts from the outside during Monday's evening meal.
After hearing Jonny's prognosis, Tim said: "I'm bored by the place and I'm bored by the people.
"But I've never been described as boring at home, because I spend my time with people who stimulate me in a place that is good for me."
He added: "It's no disrespect to you, but the people in the house are not your best friends."
Jonny replied: "I just think of daft things to do to pass the time. If we sat around and said nothing it would be awful. I'm just making the best of the short time we have left."
But Tim said: "I wasn't in here to entertain. To entertain anyone. I was here to be myself. From what I can see from the last five weeks, I'm a liked enough guy in here because people like me for what I am.
"But you keep suggesting that when you're bored, you think of some way to entertain - it helps on the outside. You are an entertainer. You do it for a living. I'm a businessman. My first inclination is not to jump up and down and entertain. It's a different mind-set.
"If I was bored at home I'd sit down and think how am I gonna make my next million, not how can I entertain other people."
