Jade has been using cooking oil on her skin to help her tan.

The housemate drenched herself in oil as she sunbathed in the garden, saying it was one of her tanning secrets.

But Big Brother called her to the diary room and told her she could burn in the "heat trap" garden.

Jade was persuaded to apply suntan lotion instead.
