Dispite the reports I've failed to find any trace of the Belgium VIP series.
http://www.bigbrother.be takes you to the KANAALTWEE homepage.
Looking in the reality tv listing it doesn't show Big Brother.
I also setup monitoring of the VTM feed without success.

The original reports came from Jokersupdates forum from a guy who is normally correct in his listings.
Lets hope for the Italian VIP later this month.

In the mean time I'll try and find who is covering the Spainish series and then if I came gain access to any of it.

The parameters make sense to those with a digital satellite receiver and who explore or look for 'Feeds'.
The normal user (EG Sky) can find similar settings from the installation menu which allows you to add 'other' channels though you are limited to the transmission 'Type' the receiver can receive.
But a general purpose receiver can cope with much more so longs as it has a dish is the correct position and where needed the correct Conditional Access Module (CAM) and where applicable a matching subscription or other means.

Disclaimer
Viewing a subscription service where a subscription IS available in you country via 'other' means cannot be condoned and even if a subscription isn't available it probably is illegal to view such programming.
Translation if you need a subscription and view using other means then you do so at your own risk .
