to me Ainsley Harriet comes across as really REALLY insincere almost to the same degree as Lorraine Kelly does :8o:

But, all he does is present cooking shows and make a funny laugh... how could he come across as being insincere?

The guys great, he wears pink and he doesn't mind looking like a tit when he puts a pinch of salt in a dish...
