For pictures ect have a look at http://granhermano6.com

The program is being covered by Channel Tele5 is the D+ Spainish Digital Package. Certainly the channel appears in the line up on the Hipasat satellite at 30 West but not sure about Astra at 19.2E.
There is also mention of a 24/7 channel but nothing appeared in a channel search last night.

I think the show starts tonight but as I was having translation problems I could be wrong.
Any way two Digital Satellite feeds were reported last night on Hipasat at 30 West.

Frequency 11647 Horizontal
Symbol Rate 5632
FEC 3/4

and

Frequency 12626 Vertical
Symbol Rate 5632
FEC 3/4

The last one when I checked after seeing the report an hour later had colour bars with 'Tele5' in the top righthand corner.
There is also talk of free webfeeds - I'll keep an eye on the Jokersupdates forum for news on this.

The latest rumour is that they will adopt HOH though there was also another rumour last week that they might adopt Evil BB.

The look around the house is one of haveing giant specticals on the walls. The lens' are mirrors and each mirror is set so it can see another mirror.
They are also using loud music and other stuff to wake the HMs. I've just heard very loud sounds of a cow mooing being played into the house but only for about 20-30 seconds so maybe it's to remind them to milk the cows ?

Also the current task appears to be the Fast Food one as the kitchen has loads of stuff stacked up and there is a telephone that keeps ringing and they appear to be taking orders and cooking food ,but unlike the UK they are not wearing uniforms and are getting multiple orders one after another. And they appear to be working set hours rather than 24hr .Though they were is cooking around 2am.

They also have a transexual ,a lad who used to be a girl.

The house is on two levels with a twisting steep metal ladder between them.
I have recorded some footage so over the weekend I try and find time to capture some images including some from the daily show which included an eviction. Mean while if you want hundreds of other images follow the link in the other thread about more series starting and look for Pablo's GH6 posts.

The animals they have to care for include Geece (At least 2) ,a Donkey ,a Dog ,a Cow ,Goats (at least 3) ,Sheep (at least 4) ,Chickens (I've counted at least 8).
I believe there is also another series called 'The Farm' running and it looks like they have got carried away with that and BB mixing them up along the way.

For a detailed page with details out the contestants have a look at
http://www.lagateradigital.com/elgato/

You will need an on-line translator as the page is in Spanish.

There are links to cameras on the page but I don't think they work ,but as I have alot of two way traffic going here it could just have been my set-up why the didn't work. But further to that Pablo is talking about no webfeeds so may be it's not just me.

Are you using a Sky receiver ? As I think the Only symbol rates they can cope with are 27500 (or 27.5) and 22000 (or 22.0).
The once I'm using for the 24/7 feed are

Astra 19.2 East
10.788GHz Vertical
Symbol rate 22000
FEC 5/6

But you will also need the correct type of CAM (Conditional Access Module) before you'll get access.
I know a Matrix Revolutions with Firmware 2.09 works and I'd guess that a Matrix Reloaded with later Firmware will work.
Or if you have a SECA2 compatible CAM with any of the Cards that support it with ID 0064 will also get you access.

But the original frequencies were Free-To-Air for the start of the show.
Symbol rates of 5632 are common for links ,but certainly UK Sky receivers are very limited on other channels they are capable of receiving.

A similar thing is happening in Italy where Sky are trying to replace the existing receivers with their own that cannot receive or decode other available services but they are being held back by a law that was passed many years ago that prevented the then service providers from preventing their customers from adding another CAM to receive other services. The only way around it if Sky looses to to sell Videoguard CAMs which I don't think they'd every agree to do. There are alot of people that would like to get their hands on such CAMs to try and hack the system which is another reason why Sky are don't want to make them available. But either they have to go against the Law or they have continue to use the now hacked SECA2 ,or they have to make CAMs available for their own encryption system (Videoguard).

Thanks Larry. It certainly looks as if a lot of work has gone into setting up the set and it looks good. :D

Having managed to watch the show and footage again tonight I can tell you that they are down to the last four.
Two contestants are for the public vote they are Conrad and Natacha.
The other two are Diana and Juanjo.
I guess that makes next Thursday final.

Have spent some time trying to make sure I've got the name of the female contestant correct who is up for the vote as neither website is of much use and haven't been updated plus I've only seen the numbers flashed up a couple of times for the public to call and wasn't paying much attention at the time.

With any luck I'll be able to watch the final.

Have to say the 24/7 channel is annoying with a large graphic in the lower screen plus phone compitions running with a loud blonde that appears every minute or so.

It's the final tonight and the show has just started.
If my DVD recorder doesn't play up I'll capture some images ,though I think with a little bit of playing with cables I could get some live images.
Either way I'll let you know who wins.

Exit was via a sledge on man made snow.

Prize money was 300000 Euro.

Lots of security guards for the first contestant to arrive at the studio. They must be a long way from the house going by the time it's taken for the first one to arrive.
All contestants have now left the house. I've now switched from the 24/7 feeds to Telecino for the main program.
Pictures will follow.
