Now Star Diet and Fitness Magazine has a 2 page spread on Helen. There is a nice photo of her and an interview, as well as a chance to win one of 10 of her dance videos.

In the interview, she said that people always say that she looks much slimmer in real life, so she's a bit worried that the camera may be making her look fat! The funniest bit I thought, was when she was asked about her dancing, she said that Paul had taught her a few moves, but these weren't featured on the video!! (We'll just have to use our imagination then won't we??)

Re Helen's interview, I've heard it said by lots of celebrities that they look 'fatter' on TV. Helen looks absolutely fine to me and has a lovely figure - must be practicing all the moves with Paul, eh?!!

Loads of people say the camera adds 10 pounds. I'm not sure if that really is true, or if it's an excuse for celebs to either look fat, or become unhealthily thin. Or in Helen's case for practicing a few moves with Mr Clarke! :lol:
