well Jezi, I was down there last weekend and on the way down, it took about three hours door-to-door (my mates live quite near the centre)

on the way back however - it only took two and a half hours :-?

*must have had the wind behind me*

so I guess what I'm saying is it depends on the traffic/time of day/exactly where in Glasgow you're going ::lol::

yeah well the journey for us has taken from anything ranging from about 3 and a half hours to 6 hours!! and that's not including a stop.

we once had this AWFUL journey, it was on boxing day or something and we were just outside stirling and it was freezing cold as it had been snowing (not the best conditions to drive in, but we had to go down. not only had we arranged it but my cousin had just had an asthma attack) and the water in the scooshie thing had frozen  there was loads of grit etc on the roads so all the salt and that kept making the windscreen impossible to see out of. we had to keep stopping obviously and we ran out of water as everytime water went into the scooshie thing it was running out really quickly. scary biccies
