MOUTHY X Factor judge Simon Cowell comes top of Brits' list as the celebrity they would most like to punish, according to a poll.
Simon, who is famous for the harsh put downs he delivers to pop star hopefuls, stole the gong from Big Brother evictee John McCririck by just three per cent.
But the racing pundit beat footballer Stan Collymore, TV presenter Davina McCall and love rat Darren Day to bag second place.
The Beckhams were the only couple to make the top ten in the survey, with David bagging the number three slot "for his Euro 2004 penalty misses" and Victoria at number nine "for being such a self publicist".
Former Busted frontman Charlie Simpson shared the number nine spot with Victoria, with two per cent of those polled believing he should suffer for having broken up the pop band.
Charlie recently announced he was leaving Busted to pursue a new pop career with his other band Fightstar.
Prince Harry came in at number five with seven per cent of the vote "for his dress sense at parties".
Harry this month sparked outrage after being pictured in the Sun newspaper wearing a Nazi uniform as a fancy dress costume.
Prime Minister Tony Blair also made an appearance on the list, "for the bad decisions he has made" with three per cent of the vote, which put him at number eight.
The poll was conducted for Columbia TriStar Entertainment to celebrate the DVD release of John Travolta action flick The Punisher this week.
