I'd lie if I'd answer no - but the looks are only one part of choosing - each of us likes different kind of looks with their senses. What depends in the long run it's inside of us and you can't see them from the looks. For example, I haven't had ever blond male to date with (but friends - yes).

I could, but I think the same thing stands for friendships too. Of course looks matter at the point where you notice someone, whether it be a friend or a member of the opposite sex having sex in mind But looks don't take you very far in the end.
