If I'm in the wrong mood I'll have a little sniffle at almost anything remotely sad or happy :-?
Was watching Steel Magnolias a few weeks ago one Sunday afternoon while everyone was at football. I was crying buckets at the funeral scene with what Sally Field said. So well acted, I could feel her pain. :-(

totally agreeing with bambi  when I was wee I always had to fast forward that part of the film!

but yeah, my heart is made of stone when it comes on TV things, I often go 'awww' but I can honestly say I've never cried at anything on the telly. although when Patrick died on Casualty I came close, I loved that man! 16th of March will be the 3rd anniversary of his death ;) and then he joined Down to earth for 2 series and it was fantastic but now he's left that too and I can't be bothered with that show anymore. With the first family and patrick's one it was great but now it's rubbish.

Last time I cried at something on tv was when I hired 'Love Actually'. (I never got to see it at the movies) It was the bit where Emma Thompson realises her husband is having an affair and she goes in the bedroom and cries. It was way too close for comfort. I howled :(

I thought love actually was overrated on the whole but that scene just made me cry, but I do cry at anything admittedly. I once finished a book while at an airport and it was so moving I had to shut myself in the loo for a few minutes before I could compose myself to come out again. What a wuss

I could be the 'face of Kleenex', such is my history of crying when watching t.v. or films. But tragically, crying has a very negative effect on my eyes - a few tears and I look like I've had 3 rounds with Mike Tyson. So I'm unlikely to get any offers from Kleenex to market their excellent product.

I was at Wembley when Gareth Southgate missed and it was one of the worst journeys home on a coach (that and coming back from Slough Town FC in 1997...). Chris Waddle's miss 8 years earlier in Turin was worse though. However, if it's tears of joy it has to be England beating Germany 5-1 in Munich, something I always stick on if I'm feeling a bit down.
