Agree with you totally HC about the weekend song, played when it's monday! It's blimmin bad enough that it's Monday morning, without being reminded it's 5 more days to freedom. :evil:

Also the local radio station plays a tune along the lines of 'I don't want ta go to work, want a stay in my bed all day.' Over and over again, when I want to be doing that myself. :-( Afternoon radio is fine. Just guess I'm grumpiness personified in the morning. :angel: ::lol::

I don't listen to the radio, but one song that really annoys me is Scissor Sisters' cover of Comfortably Numb. :evil:

I have to agree with you on that one, how can anyone cover a Floyd song ? The Scissor Sisters made mince meat out of it! :8o:

HC mentioned "I Can't Wait For The Weekend To Begin" that song is annoying beyond words. :roll:

Does anyone remember an advert many moons ago for a certain brand of Tampons with the song "It's My Life" ? Now that song WAS annoying! :8o:

'nothing compares to you' certainly gets my vote as the worst dirge in the world - funny, a mate and I were discussing it in the pub last week after it came on the stereo

am also not a big fan of any songs that involve ridiculous actions such as AgoDooDooDoo and Superman :evil:
