The US version of Hell's Kitchen will begin on May 30, FOX announced today.
The reality series follows fiery-tempered chef Gordon Ramsay as he attempts to train a group of novices to run the kitchen of a top restuarant.
The show is being given a key slot - Mondays at 9pm, currently occupied by 24 - but is airing over the summer, a period which traditionally draws fewer viewers.
ITV2 will air the US version in the UK soon after its Stateside premiere.
