just a few then Mari ::lol::

I was only alive for one year (although it was a full year!) of the '80s so I always get muddled by what was released in each year.

well, if it's anything like the Diggy-Loo Diggy-Ley produced by your near neighbours then, erm, no :-?
:D

but is there a Finnish equivalent of Abba? Little-known (and well-embarrassing ) fact: when I was little I wanted to be in Abba - I was going to rename the group Tabba

Those Eurovision music festivals don't tell the truth, Finns have really active music life in it's all levels. Maybe it's a big secret that Finns always sends to Eurovision contest so bad artist and song that they don't have to organize those festivals ever! ::lol::

We don't have Abba-like bands, and Finns have always been bad to export their music, musicians, songs, artists, bands etc. Back in the 80's Finns used to love their rock-musicians, nowadays we have really great international bands and artists in every area.

Some of these artists and bands from the 80's may have their own http://www.sites.fi or will be found by google - and most of them I've seen live ::lol::
