I have to say I found it harder being a mum at 30 than I did at 20.

Last night we were bopping to various songs for about two hours and in the end I had to send them to bed so I could go and lay down

Mothers United - wish that your opinions could be published world wide! A town where I'm living in is well known from loud mothers that demands every mother to stay with children at home. And I'm worried about Celebs life-styles that effects their children did they want it or not. If an ordinary mother is drug-addict (like Whitney Houston) social-workers would have been taken child away to an healthy environment to grow, but when you're rich and famous - POOR child have to live with all that. What Britney has recently done is not so great, but wish that being a mother makes her to act like a parent should act.

I think in the majority of cases it is still unfair to say they couldn't care less about their children. I love my children very very much and I have also used childcare and it has NOTHING to do with the fact I 'couldn't care less'. It's important though to chose your child care carefully :D

I read that too quickly and thought it said 'It's important though to choose your CHILD carefully' ::lol::

oh dear!

I had 2 fantastic childminders. One where I used to live and I went to her from 3 months old until I was 8 and a half, I was the person she looked after for the longest and my brother and I became like part of the family. Then when I moved here we had one bad experience and then another really good childminder for 3 years or so. I don't think it's done me any harm at all.

What about when you get "You have a lovely grandson" ;)

that happened to this woman I work with in a round about way. she said to this guy with a daughter who was probably about 5 at the time 'so how old is your grandaughter' and he was like 'well I actually she's my daughter' ::lol::

He was 60 odds but that is why I would never make comments like that if I never knew the person. (sorry for replying twice in a row by the way, there were two quotes I wanted to reply to and don't know how to do them both in the one bit  )
