GLAMOUR girl Jordan has revealed for the first time the extent of her son’s health problems — and described dealing with his condition as a “living nightmare”.
Harvey, three next month, hardly eats but already weighs an incredible FIVE STONE — the same as a typical 11-year-old.
Jordan fears the blind youngster may never be able to talk.
On top of this, Harvey — Jordan’s son by footballer Dwight Yorke — frequently ATTACKS her and is showing signs of autism.
Jordan said: “He goes off on one, head-butting things. He hits people. He’s even started hitting me.”
Despite the difficulties, Jordan revealed she loved her son “to bits” and said she sings to the toddler at night to make him laugh.
But she added: “He has hormone deficiencies, including a growth hormone and one that controls his water balance so he is constantly thirsty and going to the toilet as he can’t hold on to water.
“Harvey barely eats yet he is the weight of an 11-year-old.”
In an emotional interview with OK! magazine the beauty revealed Harvey is sometimes “impossible to handle”.
Harvey has five recognised associated medical conditions, but the main one is Septo-Optic Dysplasia.
This occurs when the optic nerves are under-developed in the womb, leaving the child blind.
It is a rare disorder and affects only a handful of children in the UK.
The toddler is so big, fiancé Peter Andre bought Jordan a sewing machine for Christmas so she could adjust clothes for 11-year-olds to fit him.
He said last night: “Jordan is a fantastic mother.
“Dealing with Harvey’s problems isn’t easy but she takes it all in her stride.
“It takes patience and hard work, but Harvey is extremely well loved.
“I love both Jordan and Harvey so much, too — and I’m so proud of them.”
Jordan — real name Katie Price — also furiously hit back at critics who blamed her party lifestyle while pregnant for her son’s condition.
She said doctors had reassured her “loads of times” she was NOT to blame.
And she claimed there had been a “one-in-a-million chance” of him being born with his rare problems.
But she said it was still “hugely upsetting” when people accused her of ruining her son’s health.
Jordan also revealed her fears that Harvey may suffer from autism.
She first had suspicions after watching Hollywood classic Rain Man — starring Dustin Hoffman as the autistic brother of Tom Cruise’s character.
The 32FF model said Harvey had obsessive behavioural traits — such as making continuous flicking movements — that made her think of the film.
Jordan added: “A lot of things in that film rang true with Harvey, such as being obsessed with routine and head-banging.”
The 26-year-old now plans to take Harvey to Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital in London for tests.
Harvey will also be on hormone replacement drugs for the rest of his life, might have delayed puberty and could be unable to father children.
And Jordan revealed her sadness that the toddler had never said “I love you” or “Mummy”.
In an emotional admission she said: “I give him lots of love and affection but I don’t get much in return. There’s no reward.”
Jordan — pregnant with Peter’s child — is due to give birth again in June.
She marries 32-year-old Peter at a remote castle in September.
The busty babe confirmed she was “looking into” a breast reduction after the birth of her new child.
