ROMEO Aaron Siwoku was voted off TV’s Hell’s Kitchen last night — hours after he was spotted with an embarrassing bulge in his pants.

Aaron, 22, was caught out on camera after sharing a single bed with sexy fellow contestant Sam, 31.

And last night after getting the boot from the show he said: “When Sam comes out make sure we’re checked into the same hotel.”

But he denied they they had romped. When asked if he was sure, he replied: “200 per cent.”

Aby King, 28, also got the push.

Aby, who had been flirting with chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, admitted she had a crush on him. She said: “He’s gorgeous.”

And Aby said she was convinced Aaron and Sam had romped.

There are now six contestants left trying to win £250,000 towards running a restaurant.

ITV bosses have thrown a contestant off reality show Hell's Kitchen after he threatened to headbutt chef Jean-Christophe Novelli.

Stein Smart, 32, a builder and former member of the Irish Guards, was ordered to leave after a stressful night in the kitchen as Novelli's blue team struggled to serve up 40 dinners.

When a harassed Novelli failed to answer one of Smart's questions, the trainee waved a ladle at him and shouted: "There is no need for ignorance. When I talk to someone I expect an answer back - not to be ignored."

He told a fellow contestant: "I'm not being ignored. If he wants to go toe to toe, that's fine."

When Novelli failed to respond to another of his questions, Smart's temper boiled over. "Don't ignore me. I just asked you a question!" he demanded.

Novelli began to speak but Smart raged "F*** you", before flinging down his pan and storming out of the kitchen. Back in the living quarters he told the others: "I was that close to breaking his nose and nutting him live on television. They pushed me too far."

Last night's outburst was the final straw for ITV bosses, who had become increasingly worried about Smart's fiery temper in recent days.

A spokeswoman said: "We have asked Stein to leave Hell's Kitchen in a joint decision with Jean-Christophe Novelli."

The dramatic scenes will be shown on ITV1 tonight.

The Essex-born builder had hoped to win the show and open a restaurant, joking he would name it Fat Bloke.

Chef Gary Rhodes has posed nude to prove he is the dishiest chef in Hell's Kitchen.

The 45-year-old showed off a six-pack with nothing but a strategically placed blanket to protect his modesty for Housekeeping magazine.

He talked about the punishing workout schedule which keeps him in trim, saying: "As I've got older my body has become more important to me.

"I exercise six days a week in my gym at home. I'll do half an hour of exercise each morning before I leave for work - it sets me up for the day - and two hours at the weekend.

"But I'm still not satisfied with the way my body looks. I'm always worrying that I haven't got a six pack - it's the perfectionist in me." Gary also admitted he watches what he eats - skipping dessert and banning biscuits from the house.

The star of the ITV reality show was one of six celebrities who posed for the magazine to promote Male Health Awareness month.

Explaining why he agreed to take part, he said: "When I was 19, I almost died from a blood clot on my brain after I ran into the road on a boys' night out and was hit by a Transit van.

"Having come so close to death means I never take my health for granted."

Fellow chef Phil Vickery, husband of This Morning presenter Fern Britton, also stripped off.

Fern once posed nude herself and Vickery said: "I know I'm no Adonis - but that doesn't bother me. If my wife can take her clothes off at 44 then so can I."

The other celebrities taking part were poet and patron of the Prostate Cancer Charity Benjamin Zephaniah, former Wimbledon champion Pat Cash, tennis player turned GMTV presenter Andrew Castle and former footballer Jason Cundy.

oh I've actually seen quite a bit of it and have enjoyed the programme.

I like Simon though, he appears to have improved a lot and he isn't really like Marco in my opinion
