We have the same "problem" here too. It's great that people who for one reason or another loose their jobs have the system to back them up for the time beeing, but then on the other hand there are lots of people who just take advantage and don't even want to work. We get a lot of "job applicants" who as their first priority when calling ask about the pay, and when they hear it they say; oh, there's no way I'll work for that, I can get the same amount staying home. There are also these people who ask for a job for certain amount of days so they'll fulfill certain terms for certain benefit. Grrrr that creeps me out! What are these people made of?
Mac, you sound like a responsible young woman to me. Sometimes life throws things on our way and we have to make a decision on how to handle the situation and make the best of it. Sounds like you've done that
