I don't understand why they have a circuit in F1 with a banked track. it ain't an effin' 500! Michelin made a mistake and the teams should've raced with frequent stops for changing tyres. However, I can't really understand the Bridgestone tyre users' complaints about introducing a chicane harming their chances. So what if they put in a chicane in to slow down speeds on the banked section - it would've only brought it into line with the other circuits. If they have an advantage on banked tracks that advantage isn't that great over the whole season - it's the only circuit in F1 with significant banking.
