Anyone going to be watching this on Living TV from Sunday - Tuesday? I enjoy it, though I'm not sure a disued coal mine in Yorkshire will be the best venue ever. :-? But if it gets boring, I'll just fire off some e-mails to them saying I've seen a ghostly monkey on the webcams to see if they'll read it out :D

I do find myself watching it sometimes. The best one I've seen was when they were at Greengate Brewery in Middleton (About 10 minutes away from me). Usually I just end up laughing at their attempts to make us believe they've felt something or heard something but that show was much better.

There are few funnier sights in the world than Derek Akorah in a trans!

I'll be watching on Tuesday I think.

Not wanting to be awkward here, but i've heard that this show is fake, and seen a few websites that claim things have just been a set up. Derek was supposed to have said some name, and then afterwards, the name turned out to just be an anagram of something. I still like to watch this programme, but just for the entertainment value now. I was serious about this how to begin with, but now just watch it for fun. I think it's when they go right up to the person who has "supposedly" been pushed or something, you just can't really see what's going on. I think there's too many things that are happening that are easily explained, and also mistakes are being made as well. This is just my opinion though

Yeah, Greengate Brewery was a cracking episode, think that came no. 1 in the last 'top 10 episodes' list they did.

There's certainly a lot to question as to the authenticity of the show. Infact, it's almost as fun to try and spot where they might be making it up as it is to look for ghosts! There was one example at the live show at some air base in Wales, where Derek managed the amazing coincidence of picking up on 'ghosts' of men in the exact order they appeared on the official website, even more of an incredible feat when you conside how many men would have passed through that airbase.

http://www.badpsychics.co.uk/ has some interesting reading, particularly the infamous 'Mary loves Dick' speech Derek gave where the historians seem to have miraculously gone back in time to interrupt a pre-tape segement on the live show.
http://www.jonscelebworld.com/BadPsychi ... sDick.html to read that.

I will be watching, love the show , but take everything with a pinch of salt,

Spoongate - someone threw a spoon that landed near the presenter, this led to the paraphycologist leaving the show the second one they got through.

IMO its karl the sound man and yvettes brother that are the main ones to watch...

I watch it with the hope that despite their cranky mediums and annoying table tipping that they will run into a full apperarition live on air ,,,, orbs are the main thing that keep my interest in the show , that and the fact I have seen a ghost myself.

Down a coal mine is the best place to be if you want to stay out of the sunlight thats still going to be bright till well into the show

I've just read that story, very amusing, hadn't picked up on that before. Read the other one too where Derek picks up on 'Rik Eedles' (Derek lies) hahaha! ::lol::
I might send in some anagrams to the live show to see if they get read out. maybe 'a man called Fred Kauder has been following Derek all night' (Derek fraud) {@}

I'm with you Blags, I tend to watch it in the hope that something will be proven but I have to admit I spend most of my time laughing at their attempts to "prove" things.

It is funny the amount of amazing things that happen when Stuart is around. I think he's been possessed the last 2 MH lives, wodner if he'll go for the hat trick!

Stuart pulling out all the stops tonight then from the sounds of it, funny how things always happen to him and Karl whenever they're together!
