Wow - I wish I'd one day visit Iceland as well - at the moment it isn't possible. My son and I have been reading last two evenings a book that's called in English "100 Great WOnders of the World" and Icelands nature is one of them!

Thank you very much, Funky Fi and Heather.

The fairest option would be for Jezi's salary to be divided equally between you two, while she's away. ::lol::

Well done and thank you Funky Fi and Heather. :D

Iceland incidently is one of the places we were thinking for our honeymoon. We want something other than the usual "beach holiday".

Why thank you!

My grandfather always calls me a cheeky midden, don't know why  Or a wee rascal but seen as I'm the oldest I dunno why.

This week there is a bit about Harry Potter and loving books in general. How Cameron liked one by Richard Scarry (the man is a genius, was it Busy Town or something he created? We have some of his books upstairs, loved them when I was little) when he was wee about cars and Dr Seuss (there is a pic of Cameron as an adult with his mum reading a book by Dr Seuss, 'Green Eggs and Ham' it looks like, another book we used to like - these books must have gone through the years has my 7 year old cousin has some too!). Back to the point, how he's not going to buy the new Harry Potter as that kinda thing isn't what he likes.

Seeing Davina at Edinburgh Airport like he said in a thread last week and how she told him her favourite BB moment ever and how it involved him, however he can't tell anyone as it was in confidence. Also how Peter Kay was in the airport at the time as well.

Going to a 60s birthday where there are some food things I've not actually heard of. Curried eggs? E oranges? Anyway he says it was great and he wore a 'blue crushed-velvet blazer'!

How someone in the NE has still got a £250,000 lottery ticket for which the money hasn't been claimed ::lol:: Never heard that one! Plus how he doesn't gamble or play the lottery.

Sorry this isn't to do with the column but does anybody know where Jonathan Lee's column is this week? I've looked a few times but can't see it at all :-? Possibly just being a muppet and missing it.

Did you email him Jezi? I haven't let him know that you love his column.

ps For the person reading this who HAS photos of said blue crushed velvet blaze, I dare you.

No I haven't e-mailed him yet. Will possibly just try writing through the EE because I very much doubt that the e-mail will get through to that e-mail address as it's an ajl one and I know the person definitely never received the one I had to send before.

Cameron, don't suppose you have a copy of tonight's paper because I genuinely can't find the column anywhere and am worrying for my sanity!

Thank You anyway.

Have had another look through the weekend section and am certain that it's not there. It's very strange, maybe he's on holiday or something. Hope nothing bad has happened.

[edited - sorry, that sounded very self absorbed - this isn't a thread about me. I wasn't lying when I say I often think of what I say!]

By the way Cameron, was looking on the website from the Aberdeen Box Office. You know for the thing for the re-opening concert advert they used a really serious picture of you, it's strange - usually see you smiling in photographs. Can't wait for it to re-open, having the theatre back in Aberdeen will be soooo good :D
