Evicted Big Brother housemate Saskia Howard-Clarke has hit out at Belfast beauty Orlaith McAllister, branding the blonde model a "bad example to young women".

Promotions girl Saskia (23), said she was disgusted to hear that former Miss Northern Ireland finalist Orlaith (26), had criticised her figure.

Saskia, known for her "womanly" curves on the show, said she was "shocked" that anyone in the public eye would be so critical of someone else.

She added: "I heard that Orlaith said I was big for a promotions girl. Her comments were totally irresponsible considering how many young girls are sensitive about their weight.

"I think it's important to have curvier women in modelling.

"And she has a cheek to talk, Orlaith may have a nice body, but I wouldn't get too excited about her face."

During her first week in the Big Brother house, Orlaith hit out at Saskia for not being "a real model" saying she was "nothing but a grid girl, not a real model like me".

And a source close to Saskia revealed last night that the beautiful 34G brunette had vowed never to be friends with "inconsiderate" Orlaith.

Her pal added: "Orlaith is too shallow for Saskia to like her. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up arguing next time they meet."

On one hand, Saskia is right about Orlaith critisizing her for her curves. But then again, Saskia has just done roughly the same thing to Orlaith by critisizing her looks. The word hypocritical springs to mind here. People like Orlaith, have to realise that what they say, could be affecting the way young teenage girls think. This is why there are so many "skinny" girls and women around, because the model industry prefers their women to be skiiny rather than natural. It's surprising that even women in their 30's are wanting to copy this trend.

oh yes, the F1 'numbers of a pole' girls.
Ha. F1 really is a funny sport. - one of which I'm a devout fan, but its gotta be said...those grid girls are funny.

As for Orlaith.
I'm sick of her. All that dumb fool attitude we had last Tuesday afternoon of 'ohh thankyou, I'm so glad I'm up for eviction!, nothing but utter lying nastiness.

She is the same old money grabbing fake blonde we've seen before, and will see again in future series. She can not be trusted, and is no less a game playing deceiver than Derek.

Derek and Orlaith in many ways would make for a great married couple. Yeah, thats right, why not? I've seen some weird stuff in my time, seeing the Dark Deceiver and the Blonde Lier marry would not surprise me in the least.

I quite liked her in yesterday's highlights, the utter gullibility of the housemates is rather heartening in this scynical age!

Wow Calrissian. I really didn't think that Orlaith was putting it on at all - I think she's got what she wanted by getting into the house (exposure to further her glamour career) and had rationalised things by thinking that newbies often leave early after their arrival and didn't expect to be there all that long. I do think that she's feeling awful being there, also that she was honestly relieved to hear that she was up for eviction. I generally DO NOT like it when people go whinging and whimpering to the diary room wanting to leave but I have believed Orlaith to be genuine, and indeed almost desperate in her desire to leave.

Could be wrong of course.

Well i know one thing, when she came into the house after having that argument with Science, she certainly seemed genuine to me. Her voice was shaking and everything, and when she went to hug Derek, she then walked away from him not so long after. I think if she had wanted attention that day, she would have stayed in Derek's arms.
