Nadia did the same to the bank she worked in, yet they never sacked her, she quit when she came out

Double standards

Anyways sparkys are always needed so i bet max wont care

The thing is - you're not supposed to tell anyone you're going on the show are you? Most people just leave their jobs to go on the show I think - I know Eugene did.
