But I bet none of us are shocked enough to phone Ch.4 to complain. I know I haven't. They'd probably air it on BBBM and laugh at the guy with no sense of humour.

We've let our society drift into the gutter.

All that about evil flourishing when good people do nothing.

Yeah - if anyone ever complains about the drop in standards, they are shot down right away.

I don't like to be a prude, but I agree that society is drifting into the gutter.

Oh well, it's only a game show.

There are more important things to worry about (Wars, Poverty, the rise of Chelsea) in the world than some stupid little tart sticking a wine bottle inside herself.

All the sh!t going on in the world and I'm up on a soapbox about such an idiotic act on an idiotic show.

I'm off to storm the barricades, anyone with me?

If I had kids I wouldn't want them to have seen that. Plus her father is a Muslim FFS! My Muslim mates at work almost had a coronary when Davina was wearing a bikini (she's married, how must her husband feel?) I don't agree but it's another culture and I respect their beliefs. I just wonder what this is doing to her family. If I was on tv I'd worry about my family, my friends and the public in that order. She doesn't seem to have any concern for her family, Muslim families tend to be more conservative and traditional so her poor dad must be tearing his hair out. There are more important things than getting attention for all the wrong reasons. I wish she would get a private message/video-link from her parents to bring her back to earth emotionally and stop this before it gets any worse.

She's only got nine (probably less) days, surely she can behave and not debase herself further.

Makosi was right, she is too immature. But then she didn't have sex in the pool and then pretend she was pregnant.

Not unless the wine bottle is very fertile. She'll probably be able to open a mini-bar in nine months.

(Do you SEE what you've done Kinga? Do you appreciate the consequences of your actions? Now you are a sniggering national joke to be jeered at and mocked by nasty-minded halfwits on message boards, on the street and in pubs!!! Still, it may be a nice interview skill you can show off. If you are auditioning for Spearmint Rhino.)

If anyone was offended by Kinga's actions tonight, here is something you can do: -

Turn the television over. Use your remote control or that button on the front of the telly box. Or just get over it.

A religous anonym, its true this I typed Kinga and wine in Google :D

Quote:
About wine sent from heaven

At the time when the blessed Kinga stayed in the said castle,1 she could not obtain wine to strengthen herself because of the Tartar threat, and since she did not like any other beverage, she drank, quite rarely, wine diluted with water. And when on account of those dangers there was no wine at all, a local man faithful to the blessed Kinga offered to walk many miles through the wilderness to Hungary to bring wine. He was just about ready to set off on this journey, when suddenly two men of comely looks appeared, carrying a jug of longed-for wine, which they offered to the sisters.
The sisters accepted the jug and took it with joy to their abbess, but they did not ask those men who they were and where they came from. The blessed lady told them to look for the men, but they could not be found anywhere. There is no doubt that Christ sent this wine, because Kinga, the servant of God, sacrificed herself together with the virgins, in the words of her own confession: "Only my Lord Jesus Christ cares for me in such a great need."

Clearly she was diluting the wine with water of sort, god moves in mysterious ways {@}
