Well that’s it; the last ever-Star Trek offshoot has now been aired here in the UK

Due to very poor audience figures in the USA of less than 2 million the show was axed and final episode aired tonight on sky one.

And what a dull sentimental one it was. Linking it to Next Generation and employing marina sirtis and Jonathan fraiks in the final script and even data did a cameo.

Farewell enterprise live long and prosper

It was rubbish wasn't it Blags, the entire series was pointless, not into prequels really :zzz: :zzz:

I preferred DS9, my god even Babylon5 was more interesting :eek:

Did have one good thing in it though {@} {@}

I used to go out clubbing with Marina's cousin...oh those were the days dancing on tables in Piccadilly.She was from a traditional Greek family and her Dad only let her out with me cos he thought I was respectable :angel: :angel:
Happy memories.I remember a friend of mine being one of the first to get satellite TV here(We'd seen it in europe) and we saw the very pilot Star Trek episode which had never been aired here(at that time)

Is it worst than Voyager?

DS9 was so cool.

Who needs Star Trek when we have Battlestar Galactica - perhaps the finest storytelling for mainstream Sci-fi TV ever.
---
I've seen the ending a few times, and it does 'grow on you' after a few views. The first time I saw it, I thought 'oh nooooooooooo, the previous 4yrs have all been in a holodeck !'

B&B need to be removed from the ST franchise, and get someone new in, but not for another 3-5 yrs.

Calrissian: so say we all
