Bookmakers are now offering the best price of 2/1 on Eugene to win Big Brother 6.

At 8/1 earlier in the week, the Geeky housemate is now the a real contender for the £10'000 prize money as the last one standing in the house.

However, if Eugene does go on to win, it would be fantastic news for anyone who backed him at the beginning of the series, as he was then at a Massive 20/1

Bookmakers think that Makosi, Craig and Kinga have little chance of winning, at 16/1, 28/1 and 65/1. Anthony is favourite at 1/2.

I will be astonished if Eugene wins.

But it would be funny to see the reactions of all the other HMs, including those from previous weeks, and it would also give Endemol/Channel 4 and all the leeches who live off celebrity culture cause for concern. The money isn't there for these parasites if the geek wins.

Heat especially will be distraught.

Still, the Radio Times should profit from a Eugene cover shoot. ;)

JimD, you're the guy that just keeps on giving and giving ::lol::
I honestly find this amazing that Eugene is now a hot contender to win BB. Looks like those tears last night did him a world of good for his chances.
I would still prefer him to win over Anthony I think

I wouldn't have a problem with Eugene winning. ok so he's a bit wet but at least he's a genuine wet and honest. Him or Anthony to have the top two places for me ()^

I know its not your fault Jim, but the article is factually incorrect, Eugene is second-favorite to win :-?

Let him win, I say, Anthomys led Cr5aig on, and is an unpleasant individual his way of nominating Sam was gross!!

I thik we should all give eugene at least 1 vote each. As long as makosi or craig dont win I'm not really bothered. Anthony has to take some of the blame with him and craig for letting craig get away with acting like that. Eugene is nice even to peeps that dont deserve it like makosi when he turned down scones to have her released. He's got a good heart.

I gave Eugene some of my votes. I would like to see him win, if only because it would be the first time a replacement HM has won.
