My two sons, Stuart and Philip and their achievements at school. It's nice to be a mum and to have someone you are responsible for, although as they get older they start to make their own decisions.
I'm also proud of my business, Alison Campbell Model & Promotion Agency. I started from absolutely nothing in 1990. It was very hard to build it up, particularly when your product is people. No matter how good I am, I am always relying on someone else doing their job well.
A key part of my business is about realising the right person for the right job. What makes a good model? I look for commitment, the right attitude, determination, looks and personality. It's more than just looking the part; the model really has to want to do it, too.
I get about 10 requests a day from people wanting to be a model - thousands every year. Usually I can tell straight away from a photograph whether or not a person's face fits.
Of course, it means having to disapoint a lot of people but we have to go for the creme de la creme.
Orlaith (McCallister) has been on my books since 1999.
Obviously, though, she has decided to go into glamour modelling. There is none of that kind of work in Northern Ireland so London is the best place for her to be based now.
Orlaith will probably be very successful in the glamour world and I hope she is, for her sake. If that's what she wants to do and she is happy within herself, then I hope it all works out for her.
