Aspergers syndrome is not widely understood - the more it is discussed, the more peope will not consider it to be odd , freakish, or any other unfair description.

I'm not saying don't dicuss the health problem, but I think it's unfair to imply that he might have it when, none of you as far as I know are doctors, and Eugene himself hasn't confirmed this and BB haven't brought it up as far as I know.

There is nothing wrong with his health. I presume he is fit and well. It doesn't need doctors to diagnose the condition either.

Lol @ the idea that you have to be a doctor to diagnose such conditions nowadays!

The doctors only *get* to diagnose them after teachers/educational psychologists and parents have already diagnosed the conditions. Believe me, it's a minefield nowadays if you don't pick up on something and refer kids. I think there are probably a LOT of adults out there with Aspergers who have never been diagnosed.

And I hate to put a label on ANYONE.

I agree labels can be very damaging. However I also know of a man that was diagnosed with asperger as an adult and he found it explained a very unhappy childhood where he knew he was different and he found it quite releasing.

I agree though, far too many people want to label their kids for some reason :-?
