Anthony is his own man. Even when Saskia and Max were in there he wasn't swayed by their opinions and held true to his own opinions. The Craig cannot break him down. He won't be forced into doing or saying something he doesn't believe in.
He is secure in his sexuality and is tolerant of others, often to his own detriment as with Craig and his creepy clinging. He never seeks to belittle others.
Anthony is completely without side or malice. He is very level-headed (not flat-headed!) and rarely loses his temper. He is always big enough to say sorry. He's a reet canny lad.
He has happily integrated with all the housemates and has refused to engage in petty bitching, often contradicting other HMs by quoting the truth when they are maliciously spreading false rumours/attempting to ostracise another HM.
He has stuck up for Sam and Eugene, and tried to prevent Kinga embarrassing herself. Ant also looked after Science when he was drunk, without forcing the point.
Ant has tried his best in all the tasks and has brought a refreshing easy-going fun-loving attitude to the house without feeling the need to play to the cameras.
The gorgeous Geordie shows none of the aggressive traits of Maxwell, and is able to argue his case in discussions without needing to appear the victor or belittle his opponent. He speaks sense, plain and simply.
Ant is also one of the few HMs who is actually conscious of his own short-comings/faults. (Please no vertically challenged jokes.) He is very happy to laugh at himself and never takes offence, at least not for long.
Ant is good old Tommy Atkins, the backbone of Britain and the reason we won two world wars. He's the type of bloke not to panic when things go tits up (in the pool or otherwise). Salt of the earth. Good Northern Stock/Rock.
