I've just been visiting the Australian big brother site, and their prize money is $600,000. This is translated in our money as £255,000, whereas our prize money is only £100,000, even though this has been increased. To think last year this was only £70,000, i bet the U.S.A big brother is much more as well :roll:

C4/Endemol are VERY cheap at times. Not always, but mostly.

Calrissian: would never buy cheap...but 2 for 1 offers are okay

Ah yeah, never realised that. Might have been the year before then. But even so, £100,000 is still way under what they are giving away overseas. Come on Endemol, get your hands in your pockets, it's not like you lot are poor.

Having looked at the various 'Houses' Channel 4 do seem a bit cheap. The Australian house is brilliant.

Yep ,,, this year more than most BB has invested minimum money to achieve the minimum requirement of highlights..

Once the 28 mins is in the can the HM can go to smeg and so can the live viewers
