I already thought that you're eating really healthy, Jezi! People have different tastes (and it's proved scientificully)

Mushrooms are seriously delicious though, most people I know can't stand them but they're lovely! As are onions IMO.

Onions are the worst food in the history of the world.

noooo!! They are nice! Except when chopping them - my eyes have start going all red, puffy and run like nothing on earth while chopping onions.

Mari, paprika has a nice enough taste. It's usually just mixed in though so can't really taste it.

I like onions! A good solution for stopping tears when chopping onions is to wear contact lenses. But only if you have to wear them anyway.
Also, when making cheese on toast or whatever, i chop the onions and cook them in a little water in the microwave for a minute. They're not as strong but they still have the taste.

I also learned today that contrary to popular belief coffee and tea are not diuretic drinks. In other words, they do not contribute to dehydration (as all the water-bottle snobs will tell you), so long as it's in moderation or you are a seasoned drinker. I also learned today that there is absolutely no scientific evidence that proves bottled (either spring, mineral, or purified) water is any better for you than standard tap water. Complete waste of money was the verdict.

Well, I had already made my own mind up. Tap water has to be of a high standard anyway. What would you rather drink: something cleansed and relatively-chemical free, or something that's filtered through a fertilised field or caked in cow sh*t?

There's just something inherently snotty about people who buy bottled water, ahve you noticed. they always get their little bottles out when you return from the coffee machine as if to make a point. Oh well, their [financial] loss I suppose, keeps people in jobs.

I drink spring water, but I don't have to pay for it. :D

It tastes like water should taste - of nothing. I'm used to it so really notice the difference and can taste the chemicals in tap water. Oh dear, am I sounding snotty? ::lol::

just jokin. btw, if you chill tap water you can hardly tell the difference (according to experts).
I have to admit, howver, I prefer my water with a subtle hint of hops.
