maybe a bit harsh, but I'm talking generally. I think you BB4 lot were a back to basic approach and by & large probably were on for the experience.

However the relative success of BB3 HMs has defintitely affected future HMs opinions on what to expect from being on Big Brother

Not sure whether you are talking about the bb3 lot or later-the money from bb3 was "unexpected"in size.plus those later havn't many made that much.I'm sure some do it for the money-orleigh and derek are obvious but I believe someone like craig and Anthony who say they are more things.Tickle and Cameron spring to mind as obvious examples as well.

basically I mean somebody going on BB now would think of the kind of things that got offered to BB3 HMs and think "I can get some that"

unfortunately I'm deeply cynical of people who now claim to go on BB "just for the experience", especially after the audition process was changed for BB5 onwards)

I think after BB4 Endermol/C4 went for HMs who could generate the most copy. Thus in my eyes those chosen aren't average run-of-the-mill people, looking to find out what it's like interact with new people

I suppose people can go on big brother for the experience, and the money as well. I mean, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for the people in there, they can tell their grandkids, hey, i was on the big brother show you know, here's my photo. Or they could show them a vid cap of them on the show. So this is what i mean about being a once in a lifetime experience being on the big brother show. Sure they aren't JUST going on the show for the experience, but maybe it's both the experience AND the money as well.

I would have taken it..... too!!! Seems crazy if you ask me..... Sure if any of those others, Anthony, Kinga or Makosi they would of taken it too!!!!
