The smple truth is the public voted Makosi out weeks ago, it was the HMs that selected Venessa to go instead and we then didnt have a chance there after to remove her.

I agree Ray, i thought davina was really harsh on Makosi and why should Makosi show remorse and not any of the other housemates? Makosi did no worse than Craig, Maxwell, saskia etc,, and yet DAvina portrays her (despite the fact she came third) as a public "hate" figure.
I thought Makosi handled herself really well on friday night
Davina totally stirred the crowd up and it was uncomfortable viewing,
I know someone that went to the finale and apparently Makosi was almost in tears afterwards.
I do think she will do well from big brother shes a pretty girl and she was involved in pritty much every major storyline in big brother this year,

People forget that it is a game and she played it well but I prefer people being themselves and winning it for being themselves.
If anyone can handle themselves out of that lot, it would be makosi and I hope she does well

I prefer people being themselves to but lets face it this year there weren't many likeable people in there .

I do think makosi played the game but then i also think Anthony played the game by avoiding confrontation, not bitching and just laying low. Fair enough that MAY be the real anthony but no one knows for sure until they actually meet him.
If th emost entertaining housemate deserves to win then i think Makosi, Science derek or even Craig deserved the title moreso.

The honest and straightforward seem to get the vote-the danger is being too bland like Anthony Cameron and Craig-Kate and Nadia took risks Brian was Brian.

Having watched Anthony for 11 weeks I don't know how you can say you don't know what he's like-that's the whole point no one can keep an act up for 2 weeks let alone 11 weeks.I can't think of anyone who has been different outside the house to in it.(despite "editing"claims here and there)

There is no way you can keep up a fascade for that long. The mask will slip and your true self comes out. I think editing does play a big role though

Exactly.

Really? I can't think of anyone who has been different on the live feed to the Channel 4 highlights. In totality individual good and bad bits are left out that would be better included but it all evens out.

Making money selling your soul to the sunday tabliods and the weekly mags does not a winner make, Ray. The winner is the one who gets the mosts votes from the public on the night. As you found out in BB4

Is that what makes a housemate a winner, jaysus, never knew that??

Have to say though, just because you don't win the show, it isn't the be all and end all. A few of us have done alright....i.e Anna, Jade, Nick, Alison, Michelle

I don't begrudge anyone making a living even if it is selling their soul to the lowest bidder, they have to live with it not me. What does niggle me tho is what you said: "The real winner is" the only real winner is the one Davina calls out on the last night, if some of the losers go on to make money on the back of their notoriety fair play to them.

I remember whe Adele was doing her thing, she was all miss sweet innocent. And then after so long in the house, she started to be obvious with the turning people against each other act. She told Johnny to f**k off under her breath, this was for absolutely nothing. She must have been getting really desperate at that point. And then not long after that, it became that obvious, that the public just voted her out. Or for that matter, all the housemates just nominated her.

I thought Davina was a hypocrite on Friday and I'm glad it's been pointed out.

How dare she criticise Makosi like that and in front of an already irate crowd who were only warming up in their beratings... But to then call her a wonderful housemate???

It sounds ridiculous and how is Makosi supposed to believe that????

Davina's complete ignorance was shown up in Eugene's interview when she asked why the loft was rarely used. Eugene than informed her of a technical fault with the microphones which meant it had to be closed off. She just replied with "oooooh I see"...

Surely we deserve a presenter who knows whats going on... This incident was one of the most embarrassing, cringe worthy moments of all the BB series... Worse than the Federico, Jason interviews in my opinion.

It proves another thing. She has lost interest and seems to just be turning up on eviction night and going through the motions.

I also agree that Derek or Makosi were the true winners of BB. Just like BB1, BB3 and BB4, the true winners never truly won.

Well Divina is piss-poor, disagree about the tiresome "True Winners" comment, I repeat it IS a popularity contest, I hated CraigBB1, Nadia BB5 and Anthony, but they're the true winners, get over it

I'm puzzled why people are so upset about the 'winner' label? Its just a term... even if we all agreed 100% no one is actually going to ask Anthony for his crown back. Anthony did WIN BB6... but that doesn't mean that any other HM won't also be a winner, whether it be the most successful, famous or whatever. On those measures, Anthony could well be the least successful, famous or whatever. History will tell... when its been written (and it hasn't yet).

About the Davina interview.
I found something very scary about her when she seemed to give up any attempt at cooling the crowd.... and actually joined in with them. A couple of times it felt like she was afraid (and surprised) to be out of step with the 'public mood'. Finding herself like that, she seemed dazed by the headlights and was forced dump her carefully rehearsed routine. Not very professional if you ask me.

Well I thought her knowledge over Leslah, "changing to be a brunette" was worse, go away love please(davina)

Interestingly does anyone think shes employed because shes not that interested in it, like most of the viewers on Friday nights, us obsessives are the minority!

After Divinas stupid claim to Science that Derek had not been a deceiver Del-boys popularity in all polls went up

yes i do totally. I thought it was pretty embarrassing to hear her say about the loft. She's gone off the boil IMO and just pulls the same silly faces and is just a carbon copy with every interview and every week. I think she is becoming increasingly unable to hide her bias too.
