Once again I've waited till evening to eat. Food doesn't bother me but drinks do, if I had to go without freezing, arctic, ice-cold tap water with added lemon juice, strong coffee or tomato juice! :eek: had 8 expresso's today (out of a machine!) gross really but I was tired and needed to stay awake, I just had half a tin of baby potatoes with a tomato, some cucumber and an entire carton of mango juice! yesterday I ate a massive plate of mashed potato with sweetcorn, 2 strawberry ice-lollies, 1 lemondade ice lolly and half a tin of chickpea dahl! Some days I eat really healthily, cucumber, tomatoes, potatoes, sweetcorn, cheese, lettuce, broccoli, carrots, carrot and corriander soup, tomato juice, other days I just can't be bothered to eat at all. I've got no self-discipline tho, I just can't be bothered sometimes.

I forget to take to work today my lunch-box, so I did have to eat something from our café. Apple juice and ham-filled piece of French bread...

but prob more interesting to know what you did eat HC! was it nice? I have days when I pick at food and before I know it I've eaten loads! I had a long conversation today with a colleague about mustard powder. We see it all the time in the ingredients of the food we make (well we put the ingredients together at work!) but I've never seen it in the shops. I bought a jar of mustard seeds and thought I'd crush them to make mustard powder but it's really hard to do. I thought it might give a bit of zing to my cooking but I can't manage to crush them into powder and I don't know where mustard powder can be bought! Never heard of it before! ${

Any large supermarket sells it Molly. I add it to French Vinagrette dressing. It's lovely.
