FURIOUS club singer Tony Little had to be held back by his singing partner after Simon Cowell called him rubbish on last night's X-Factor.
Tony, 25, in a suit with a piano tie, ranted at Cowell who branded his version of Easy as "horrendous".
Tony waited to have a dig at Cowell outside the audition rooms after a ten-minute row with him. But singing partner Kirsty Carr pulled him away before he could throw a punch.
Tony, a Sainsbury's customer services boss, yelled "You'll be sorry" and Cowell bitched back "No I won't".
Their bust-up came after Cowell told him: "You''ll always be performing to people holding peanuts, ie in a bar. You don't have star quality,"
Tony, of Newton Aycliffe, Co Durham, said afterwards: "I'm glad Kirsty was there as things could have got nasty.
"Simon was outrageous. This show's a complete joke."
Another victim was personal assistant Solani Lakhani, 36, of London.
Cowell couldn't look at her during her squealing rendition of You Love Me.
Then he blew his top after Sharon and Louis put through 82-year-old Dorothy Morrison.
The Cheshire grandma couldn't hear Cowell's comments after she sang Unchained Melody while leaning on a shopping trolley. Cowell barked: "How can I possibly work with her?"
Louis chuckled: "She's got talent, Simon."
David Beckham look-alike Daniel Bywater won a place in the boot camp despite Sharon likening him to an "old man".
