Man Arrested Over Milly Dowler Murder
A 57-year-old man has been arrested in London over the 2002 murder of schoolgirl Milly Dowler.The man is being held for questioning at a Surrey police station.Sky News Crime Correspondent Martin Brunt said the man was arrested at his home in west London around 8am.
He said the man had been spoken to by police before but not held.
Surrey Police said they were also searching an address in Greater London in connection with the arrest.
Milly, 13, was last seen walking home from school in Walton-on-Thames in Surrey on March 21, 2002.
Her body was found six months later in Yateley Heath woods, near Fleet in Hampshire.
Milly's family made a fresh appeal for information this year on the eve of the third anniversary of her disappearance.
