I'm not surprised! What an upbringing! I read the autobiography of one daughter - it was disturbing to say the least! I only discovered that the house I had lived in had belonged to Harold Shipman when I saw it in a book about him. It was 10 years later and they interviewed our neighbour (Ursula) and it was a bit of a shock! i kept reading things about the layout of the house and thinking - that's wrong - then it said his dad had done renovations. Apparently his parents died in the kitchen and living room!
