Time to be a bit controversial...... well not too controversial, but time to expose some sacred cows. So in each reply you have to expose something which is against popular belief, but is in fact the truth (in your opinion!)

here goes

Monty Python. Load of rubbish. Not funny in the slightest. Just because you've been to Oxbridge to study English Literature does not qualify you as being funnny. And the GBP fall for it time and time again.

Oh well done NM, this should raise some discussion!

Ok, hmm...

Women sulk for no reason and cross their legs just to spite their husbands. This is NOT true. I'm sure there are plain spitefull women in this world, but most wifes have a reason to sulk and cross their legs. Husband, be kind and look in the mirror.

Oh cripes... i`m making no comment on that last one ::lol:: ::lol::

Film makers seem to think that they must edit as many shots into an action scene to make it seem exciting, anyone who has seen the Bourne Sepremecy will know what I mean, to me it was unwatchable as the editor flicked through several shots in a space of two seconds and made me feel dizy and annoyed. it was more like a superface slide show than a motion picture..

Oh and NM sounds like your a lttle to young to understand by the Python was funny for its time. i agree a lot of it was tedious but then it had its superb moments as well,.. the life of Brian was hilarious in parts

I actually remember watching Monty Python when I was a teenager and though it was funny as hell. Later I tried watching some of their stuff and suddenly had no clue as to what was so funny about it. Go figure ${

My dad loved/loves Benny Hill. He still brings him up in conversations every now and then. He was before my time, I never really got his thing.

It was TOO fortunate that the A-Team found a garage full of kit (including welding equipment, flame throwers and the like) EVERYwhere they were trapped. They ALWAYS managed to build a fortress on wheels to get them out of their predicament. You would think that Hannibal must have been fed up of plans coming together.

Now, the Dukes of Hazzard on the other hand, I will not hear a WORD against that series.

Simon Cowell is not a horrible person, he is in fact ace and the best thing (only good thing) about these wannabe popband rubbish that gets shoved on TV.

Oh and something else while I'm at it, I know only one other person who doesn't like the Matrix so I'm also going to say that the Matrix is absolute tosh!
