Well....thought the Conway Blisters were painful....Nicholas & Chenai also obviously weak..

Journey South....once again choosing a great song...(I'll buy their album, I promise!) ....and delivering a masterful performance. {@}

All the others o.k.....Chico actually quite good this week.

If it's between Conways and Chenai....might Sharon stick with Simon and send Chenai home?

Of course, Brenda continues to be wonderful....but then, I did pick her out at the start, didn't I?

Andy very good too....and Maria went down well. :D

I Thought Brenda, Maria, Andy, Chenai and Chico were the only good acts on tonight. The younger lads need to get their act together if they want a chance of winning the contest.

It has to be the Irish vote that kept the sisters in tonight. As for Simon telling Chenai and Phillip he would judge them on their next performance only to end up tellling Chenai she was the better singer but he was going to keep Phillip in because he had more potential :-?

I agree that must be the only reason the Conway (would be Nolans cos they are too ugly to be Corrs) sisters are still there. Only one of them can sing a bit and they were so weak tonight again. They must have the Irish support, though not in my house.

You haggis munching knobjockey. It's not our fault the English love the Irish and hate the Scottish and before you say...oh well Cameron won....Orkney is closer to Norway than it is to Scotland.

By the way, who got booted off

Chenai gets the boot from X Factor

X Factor contestant Chenai Zinyuku has spoken of her disappointment after becoming the latest contestant to be booted off ITV talent show.

But the 19-year-old, who also revealed that tensions between the contestants were beginning to grow as they were whittled down by the judges, vowed to continue her bid for stardom.

The Bradford teenager, who was also a contestant of the ITV1 series last year, was kicked off after a nail-biting showdown with soulful soloist Nicholas Dorsett. After judge Sharon Osborne chose to send home Nicholas and Simon Cowell opted to kick out Chenai, Louis Walsh was left with the task of casting the deciding vote between two of his acts.

Chenai said she guessed her time was up when she was pitted against the 17-year-old because she believed Walsh would be more likely to save a boy, calculating that he would be more likely to win the show.

"It wasn't that difficult a decision for Louis to make. I always knew that if it was down to me and one of the boys, he'd keep one of the boys, because they're more likely to win. Louis has turned to me before and said 'Boys pull the votes in'. He's in it to win it as well as us."

The youngster said her failure has not really sunk in yet.

"It's just a bit surreal, it's surreal when you make it and it's surreal when you don't," she said.

"You look forward to going home and seeing everybody and you're a bit gutted that you've left the competition but you're hoping it's just the start, because you've been living in a bubble for so long and now it's time to step out of that bubble and show everyone what you can do.

"I definitely still want to go into music and I just need to figure out how I'm going to do that." [url=http://uk.news.yahoo.com/06112005/344/chenai-gets-boot-x-factor.html]yahoo
