Rule 28 follows on from rule 38 which states a batsman can only be out if the ball is put down fairly ;)

LOL, it was a poor decision, I still stand by that, close but the wrong one was made. If I'm awake, I might just have a wander down and watch it on the big TV, less chance of falling asleep through it then because by then I'll be tired enough to do so.
