X Factor judge Louis Walsh has admitted that he was wrong to have evicted gorgeous singer Maria Lawson from the show last Saturday.
Viewers were stunned as Walsh gave talentless girl band The Conway Sisters the nod over the sexy 30-year-old after the two acts found themselves in the bottom two.
Co-judge Simon Cowell had voted to save his band and Sharon Osbourne chose her act Maria, meaning Walsh was left with the deciding vote.
But speaking to the Daily Star, the 53-year-old pop mogul has admitted that he may well have been in the wrong.
"I'm man enough to say I might have made the wrong decision," he finally confessed.
Observers, including Cowell and Osbourne have accused Walsh of evicting Maria purely because she posed the greater threat to winning ahead of one of his own acts in the under 25 category.
Without using the exact words, he as good as admitted to having done this, which by all accounts, makes a mockery of a show supposedly based purely on talent.
