Adele says she's shy about talking about relationships.

The housemate has admitted to Sophie for the first time that she has a girlfriend.

She told her they'd been together for about five months but she was still a virgin.

Adele has generally avoided talking to other housemates about her bisexuality.

But after saying she was going out with someone, Sophie asked her: "Have you been with him long?"

Adele then hesitated and said: "I'm getting dead nervous. It's actually a girlfriend that I have. It makes me dead shy. Nobody knows.

"I'm really shy when it comes to relationships."

She said she hadn't told people in the house straight away she was bisexual because she didn't want to be pre-judged
